I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker, practicing in Midtown Manhattan. I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College and my Masters Degree from The Silver School of Social Work at New York University. In addition to my formal education, I have received training in Trauma Studies from the National Institute of Psychotherapies and in Eating Disorders, Compulsions and Addiction Studies from The William Alanson White Institute. Additionally, I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
My practice is inclusive to: race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and gender, and ranges between the ages 13-50. I provide psychotherapy for people dealing with general mental health with a focus on Anxiety, Depression, Self Injury, Relational Difficulties, and Life Transitions. My formal specialities are in Eating Disorders, Weight Inclusivity, and Childhood Trauma. More details of the scope of my clinical practice can be found in the Psychotherapy Services section. Currently, my practice is exclusively Telehealth, but plan to reopen my office when it feels safe to see clients without requiring masks.
